There’s a new course that can help people better understand and appreciate glass and all of its applications. “Glass Appreciation is an introductory course ideal for those joining the glass industry or working in roles for procurement, design, supply and use of glass items, organised by Glass Technology Services (GTS).
The one-day course introduces delegates to glass manufacture and processing, glass properties, environmental, recycling and quality considerations and also includes hands-on practical sessions on melting and inspection of glass items.
